The U.S. workforce has become increasingly turbulent.  Worker dissatisfaction is extremely high across all industries and across all levels of the organization.  What can workers do to find greater satisfaction and meaning in their work life.  What does it take to develop a meaningful career, not simply do your job?

About the Presenter:

Anne Quiello is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Envision Evolution Group, LLC.  She is recognized as an organizational effectiveness expert with executive experience and solid capabilities in building competent, high performing teams, expanding organizational capacity for change, innovating performance management systems, and designing training with proven achievements in the face of complex, cultural transformation.

Her major accomplishments while holding various executive roles in a major airline include successfully meeting the challenge of converting a traditional technical training unit to an industry-leading learning organization which earned number one status in American Society of Training and Development’s prestigious BEST award in 2003.  She was also credited with strengthening key frontline leadership by creating and leading a comprehensive cultural transformation process that re-defined roles, selection processes, organization structure, and work processes in fifteen U.S. locations.  She led an innovative performance management approach for 14,000 frontline customer service personnel which provided consistent standards, measurable observations, coaching training for frontline managers, and the supporting technology.

She is a member of the Five O’Clock Club® Guild of Coaches to provide support to individuals and groups as they develop and execute their career management strategies.  Anne is especially adept at partnering with business leaders to do the hard work of moving forward their high stakes people strategies through selection, training, coaching, and outplacement services. Anne’s role as Managing Partner of Envision Evolution Group, LLC and her passion is to unlock workforce potential one organization, one individual at a time.

Anne also owns Abercorn Independent Resources, LLC and consults innovators across the globe to enter and win markets, form joint ventures, and expand their manufacturing base, specializing in West Africa and China.

She holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources and currently teaches in the Robinson College of Business within Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA.
